The system uses the same password for any accounts on SurveyMonkey Apply or FluidReview that have the same e-mail address. So if you have already created an account with a different funder (ex. : AFO, ICTC), please use the same password. If you change your password on our platform, it will change your password for all your other SurveyMonkey Apply or FluidReview accounts.
You can reset your password directly on the SurveyMonkey Apply platform. If you do not know the email associated with your account, please contact us to confirm your information.
If you already have a SurveyMonkey account for creating surveys, this is not the same as a SurveyMonkey Apply account.
All projects must be submitted by 11:59 PM on May 6th 2022 using the SurveyMonkey Apply platform.
You must have a valid business address in Ottawa and have current projects in Ottawa to be eligible for Bilingual Ottawa funding.
You may submit one application for each funding type (Activation and Propulsion), for a maximum total of 2 applications.
Yes, you are eligible to submit again this year. However, your 2021 application must represent a new service offered or a newcomponent/aspect of an existing project.
Additionally, your past performance in the program could have an impact on the “Applicant’s ability to manage projects” evaluation criteria.
Funded projects will include those that contribute to developing the bilingual character of Ottawa as well as having a long term impact.

Reports are completed directly in the SurveyMonkey Apply platform. You will receive an automated reminder when it is time to submit your report.
You must warn ACFO Ottawa 14 days before your project’s main date. You can share these communications with ottawabilingue@acfoottawa.ca
You must add the ACFO Ottawa, Government of Canada and Bilingual Ottawa logos to your visuals. Additionally you must thank them publicly at your events or in an alternative manner.
Translation projects for businesses are suggested to submit their project to Bilingualism : C’est payant! from RGA.

However a Bilingual Ottawa grant could supplement and help grow a project that includes translation services offered by the RGA.
Yes, all in-kind contributions must have an equal expense to assure that there is no difference between the total revenues and expenses.
